Amber Bissell

Amber Lee Bissell represents individual plaintiffs in labor and employment cases, focusing on harassment, retaliation, and discrimination, as well as wrongful termination cases. She represents clients in the State of California, particularly the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
Amber has worked in the area of institutionalized harassment and discrimination for the last decade, both in advocacy and research roles.
Her ethos is to support those when it matters most and make their voices heard.
Amber is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA); the Employment Law Section of the San Mateo County Bar Association (SMCBA); the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association (SFTLA); PELA-CABAL, and the Barristers Association of San Francisco (BASF). She has also served as on San Francisco Women’s Political Committee (SFWPC) Executive Board as the Vice President and Advisor and as a SOSF Board Member.
She graduated from UCLA (B.A.), the London School of Economics (M.Sc in Gender and Social Policy); and Loyola Law School (J.D.)
